Does the PDF leave my computer?+
No. The file opens in your browser and is not uploaded to Reyda. Your typed answers stay on this device unless you download or clear them.
Will every field be detected automatically?+
Not always. The tool highlights likely blanks, but scanned forms and unusual layouts may need a few manual fields.
Can I use it for signed procurement forms?+
Yes. Add a signature field, type the signature text, and download a completed PDF copy for review or submission.
Can I use it for PDFs that are not tenders?+
Yes. It works for supplier forms, declarations, HR forms, onboarding documents, simple agreements, and other PDFs that need typed answers.
What if the tool misses a blank space?+
Choose a field type from the toolbar and click the page where it should go. You can move, resize, delete, and edit fields before downloading.
What happens if I refresh the page?+
Your current draft is restored in the same browser on the same device, so you can continue where you left off.
Do I need to create an account?+
No. You can upload, fill, and download a PDF without signing in.
Is this the same as Reyda's bid-room form filling?+
